Since Trump has been elected stocks have been rising another 8%. Donald Trump has been critical to Janet Yellen. She has been begging congress to do more on the physical stand point to stand more and to keep rates low. The feds said that the stocks will rise a little bit more in 2017. The fed made it clear that in December that it will rise regardless who won the race for president. Though it may sound bad the good news is that the U.S. economy seems to be growing steadily, but not at risk of overheating itself. The world's largest money manager is worried as well because wages grew at a decent rate of 2.5% annually. If Yellen and the Fed go three times this year it will be by each quarter. Which will become 1.25% to 1.5%. At this rate Stocks will be more attractive than bonds. Investors should not allow Yellen to control the stock rates to go up and always just focus on the president.
Do you think that the stocks going up is Trumps fault?
Do you think that the wage going up helps the economy?
Do you think Trump is going to keep rising the stock rates?

I think the trend was going up even before Trump took office, but I have to be fair and give credit to Trump and his businessman suit which made other countries like Japan and Mexico want to become buddy buddy with America. So basically Trump put the final piece into solidifying the rise of the economy. If the market will continue to rise, I cannot say.
ReplyDeleteI agree with matthew that they were already rising before he became president.
ReplyDeleteI think Trump is causing the stocks to go up because he's a big deal. Wages going up will definitely help the economy as people have more money to invest in the market. I think Trump's impression on the stock market will be short-lived.
ReplyDeleteI think that Trump is not causing the stocks to go up because it has already been going up before he became president. With the wages rising it will help the economy with money.
ReplyDeleteI think it is Trumps fault that the stocks are rising. Wage going up will help the economy. I think he will continue to rise the stocks.
ReplyDeleteTrump has not said a thing about the economy since he got into office so I don't think the economy is becoming stronger due to Trump. I feel like wages going up can swing both ways so we may just have to see. I think that the stocks will continue to rise but I don't think it was due to Trump.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is Trump's fault, because stocks were already going up before he was president.
ReplyDeleteThe economy keeps rising because it was increasing before Trump became president. It just seems to be that we are seeing results right when he became president. The wages going up is a good thing but if prices go up just as high than that won't make no difference.
ReplyDeleteHopefully Trump's term will allow more success in the future regarding our money problems. The wage going up definitely helps the economy because we were previously going used to seeing numbers go down.
ReplyDeleteThere was a trend upwards even before Trump took office. However, Trump maintains a great focus on the success of businesses and working with business partners in foreign nations, so this could help the economy in the long run. I do not think the trend is entirely based on Trump's efforts though.
ReplyDeleteThis was probably not something that happened in direct correlation to Trump, but it will be interesting to see if he actually does make direct changes that may push the economy one way or another.
ReplyDeleteI think the stock market was rising before Trump became President. It is hard to tell how higher wages will affect the economy because there are positives and negatives to raising wages.
ReplyDeleteWell considering that there are so many private companies and open companies who are involved in stock market I feel as if it is hard to pin point the exact culprit. Yes, it does seem like a weird coincidence that when trump is in office that the market has risen, but we can't just point fingers now. Instead we must analyze any future data to pin point the real cause and try to get it under control.
ReplyDeleteI think that because the stock market was rising before Trump took office it is hard to tell what caused the rise now. I think future trends might reflect on Trump but right now is not because of him
ReplyDeleteI think because of Trumps statments of his plans to lift regulations is why stocks have gone up because if Trumps word goes through then profit of companies will increase. Because of this idea, people are trying to get into the stock market before it is way too expensive.
ReplyDeleteI think if the stock markets continue to rise, then yes the economy will benifit.
THe stocks will only continue to rise if Trump really does take off the regulations he claims to take.
I believe that in every way, Trump has helped to make the stock market thrive. He has made various promises that he wishes to keep, some that involved improvement in the stock market, and sure enough he is owning up to his word. I feel with this steady increase, the stock market will continue to thrive under President Trumps wings.
ReplyDeleteWhat I know is that Trump is never going to do something good while being president. Like everyone was saying the price was already going up without him.
